SAILING SHIP FROM THE BRIDGE
20 MINUTES BEFORE > I have one day a week to wander, to take photos. As usual the common question is where to go. I live in a small seaside village in Thailand. One place comes to mind, where a wrecked ship lays on the beach; It’s not a long way away. I can ride my motorbike along the shore until I arrive at the bridge from where I can spot the wrecked ship. The picturesque view combined with various lines of the beach is such a beautiful sight.
I will do my best to take lovely pictures like the others do. I intend to make them a street style that I like. I stepped back a bit to take a wider look at the scene and set my camera between the structures/railings of the bridge. I tried from many different points to get the best picture, but no luck. I decide to come back next time. But all of a sudden I spotted one child walking on the beach, I think to myself that I may get a good photo down there. so I go down hoping to find something interesting. While I am returning, I stop again on the bridge. By chance a fisherman appears. I rush down and start to adjust my camera and wait for a right moment to take a series of pictures. It comes out that the last one is the best.

20 MINUTES AFTER > After shooting I wait to see the fading light whether it will get better, but the position of the fisherman is less than I wished. Anyway I take more pictures just in case and the light fades away.
THE RED AND WHITE SOCKS IN THE TRUCK
20 MINUTES BEFORE > It happened one day when we (LOOPERS COLLECTIVE) attended an In-Public workshop by Matt Stuart and Jesse Marlow. I left to find something to drink in a convenience shop. While I’m drinking water, looking around I see an elder man with red and white socks lay in a truck. I think it is fascinating because the soft light falls on the container and looks beautiful to me. I come closer and stop behind the truck and then try at its sides. At the moment Jesse sees me and we are looking at the same subject. Then we burst out laughing. Since I come first, He lets me take the picture first and teaches me about the light and angles. I’m not in a hurry and have enough time to take a look around first. I look to see if I can include something else interesting in the photo then I see an iron structure under the truck whose colours match the man’s socks. I point to that subject and Jesse laughs a lot. Both of us laugh out aloud. I take those photos from different angles.

20 MINUTES AFTER > I succeed in combining the matched colours. When the man sees us, he rises from the ground and goes to put on the shoes behind the truck. I follow him to take some additional photos. I preferred taking the photos in the beginning, he comes down from the truck. I still linger for a moment there, in case there will be some unloading of goods. Some moments later they actually start to unload the goods but the boxes look too bright white. I move around to see other angles. Finally the mission is done and it’s time to get back to the group ….
THE PROTECTOR
20 MINUTES BEFORE > This photo was good fun for me. I decided to take pictures outside of a school. The children don’t care much about the things around them. Sometimes they are willing to play with us. I arrive at the school early before classes finish parents are waiting for their children and school buses are arriving. I start to take photos at the exit. While I am working, the cars begin to line up suddenly I see one pick-up truck moving in my sight. The back of the truck is modified like an armoured vehicle, two boys are holding toy guns in their hands. I go there quickly, checking and adjusting my camera. As soon as they see me they point the guns at me at once. Through my view finder I see only two boys, they still point the guns at me and fire. Everything is quick the truck moves away. I step back and see one girl at the left side. I think to myself that it is so splendid . Sometimes we think we get the best in the beginning but if you step back a bit and take a good look, you might see more to complete the photo. I could get the photos with details of children’s faces, but I prefer when the shadow obscures them it adds mystery; It will also help to lessen the violence of the firing. I have to think and act fast.

20 MINUTES AFTER > When the car leaves, I wander in that area to take additional photos. Waiting till everything gets silent. I regret one thing in this photo that Iv’e never told anyone; it didn’t look horizontal. I needed to adjust it in order to be in line with the concept. But every letter cannot be seen then. At the right side of the photo we can see the letter P if I succeed ed you would see the word PRO ! It might have enhanced the quality of the photo.
